Quick Count of Central Java Pilkada 100%: Luthi Wins by a Landslide with 58%

The simultaneous regional head elections (Pilkada) were held for the first time in Indonesia on Wednesday (27/11/2024).
The 2024 simultaneous Pilkada were conducted in 545 regions, covering 37 provinces, 415 districts, and 93 cities.

The 2024 regional elections were participated in by 1,556 pairs of regional head candidates at various levels of government. The participants in the regional elections consist of: 103 pairs of gubernatorial candidates in 37 provinces, 1,168 pairs of regent and vice-regent candidates in 415 regencies, and 284 pairs of mayor and vice-mayor candidates in 93 cities.

Data from the General Election Commission (KPU) recorded the permanent voter list for the 2024 Pilkada at 203,657,354 voters, consisting of 101,645,993 men and 102,011,361 women.
The gubernatorial election is also being held. there are pairs of candidates (pairs) for governor (cagub) and deputy governor (cawagub) Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi and Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin Maimoen who are competing in Central Java Province.

According to the quick count from four institutions, namely Charta Politika Indonesia, Indikator Politik Indonesia, Lembaga Survei Indonesia (LSI), and Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting (SMRC) on Thursday today (28/11/2024) until 12:27 WIB, the pair Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin Maimoen is still leading with an average vote in the range of 58% – 59%.

The four survey institutions have recorded 100% of the votes.
