Jakarta – The campaign team for Jakarta gubernatorial and vice-gubernatorial candidates number 1, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO), has prepared a reward of IDR 10 million for residents who report fraud in the Jakarta 2024 gubernatorial election.
This was conveyed by the Chairman of the RIDO Winning Team, Ahmad Riza Patria or Ariza, at the DPD Partai Golkar DKI, Jakarta, Thursday (28/11/2024). They claim to have found various irregularities in the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election.
“We have announced a reward of Rp10 million for anyone who finds any instances of money politics, or the distribution of basic necessities during the quiet period or just before the voting or before the voting,” said Riza Patria.
Therefore, he urged anyone who finds any practice of money politics to take pictures or videos as evidence for the contest.
“So we ask the entire community to please take photos and videos of any food aid being distributed as evidence of fraud, and report it to us. We will give a reward of Rp10 million,” he said.
Riza Patria mentioned that his team found various irregularities that occurred in the Jakarta Pilkada. Some of these irregularities include early morning raids and the distribution of basic necessities to influence voters’ choices towards one of the candidates.
“And it turns out our suspicions were correct, and in several places, including the Thousand Islands yesterday, a large amount of ready-to-distribute basic necessities were found.” “This is one of the factors that tarnishes the electoral process in DKI Jakarta,” he said.
He admitted that his team also found misuse of ballots. Where there were ballots that had already been marked for the gubernatorial and vice-gubernatorial candidates number 3, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno.
“Earlier in Pinang Ranti, including this one, if you friends look at the video, imagine this video is very clear, invalid votes, but marked for number? Three, which means there was cheating,” he said.
Gerindra: Jakarta Gubernatorial Election Likely to Go to Two Rounds
Meanwhile, the Daily Chairman of the DPP Gerindra Party, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, stated that the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election is likely to go to two rounds. According to him, this is based on internal calculations from the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono winning team. (RIDO).
“If it’s the Jakarta gubernatorial election, we were just waiting for the real count from the KPU, although internally it has already been announced by the head of the RIDO candidate team, Mr. Ariza Patria, who announced that according to the internal calculations, it is highly likely that there will be a second round,” said Dasco at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Thursday (28/11/2024).
Dasco admitted that they are certainly preparing a strategy to face the second round.
“Yes, I think those strategies will be formulated if there are two rounds by the winning team, of course after evaluating the results of the work from yesterday,” he concluded.
