The pair of gubernatorial (cagub) and vice gubernatorial (cawagub) candidates, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, have declared their one-round victory in the Jakarta 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) contest. At that time, like their previous appearances, there was one accessory they did not leave behind: the Betawi cukin.
Cukin is a fabric scarf worn around the neck, according to the Betawi Cultural Arts website, Friday (29/11/2024). This cloth is usually used as a complementary accessory to the sadariah outfit. In addition to being brightly colored, another visual characteristic is the various typical Jakarta motifs, ranging from ondel-ondel, tumpal, to gigi balang.
In the photo uploaded to both of their Instagram accounts on Thursday, November 28, 2024, Pramono-Rano matched in black long pants, while their tops consisted of a white shirt and an army green shirt. Not to be missed, they draped sage green shawls in different shades.

Thus, sage green is a color that can express wisdom. The color green also communicates peace and growth, and speaks about ecology and nature. Sage green is said to pair well with purple, gold, and brownish-gray.
The declaration of victory in the Jakarta 2024 gubernatorial election was made by Pramono-Rano after studying the real count results from the Jakarta Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) and the calculation of Form C results from the KWK across all Jakarta electoral districts. The results show that the Pramono-Rano pair received 2,183,577 votes or 50.07 percent.
