The Minister of State Secretariat, Prasetyo Hadi, appointed Major General TNI Ariyo Windutomo as the Head of the Presidential Secretariat (Kasetpres), replacing Heru Budi Hartono. This was confirmed by the Head of the Presidential Communications Office, Hasan Nasbi.
“It is planned that he will be inaugurated this morning by the Minister of State Secretary, if I’m not mistaken at 8 AM this morning at the Krida Bakti Building,” said Hasan to reporters on Friday (30/11/2024).
Meanwhile, Heru Budi Hartono’s position will shift to Special Staff of the Minister of State Secretary.
“Mr. Heru will become the Special Staff to the Minister of State Secretary,” he said.
It is known that Ariyo has held several positions in the Ministry of Defense, such as Head of the Personnel Agency of the Ministry of Defense and Head of the General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense.
Most recently, he served as the Head of the Defense University Supervisory Unit. In the process of his reassignment, the TNI Commander issued Decree Kep/1332/X/2024 regarding Dismissal from and Appointment to Positions within the TNI environment last August.
