Rizieq Shihab attended the 212 Alumni Reunion event at the National Monument (Monas), Central Jakarta. On that occasion, he urged President Prabowo Subianto to address law enforcement issues over the past decade, and also mentioned the 7th President Joko Widodo or Jokowi and the Fufufafa account.
“Brothers, what I want to remind you here is that the law enforcement in Indonesia has been chaotic all this time, especially in the last decade of your rule, democracy has been destroyed, the law has been trampled, corruption is rampant, gambling is everywhere, this country is in ruins under your watch,” Rizieq said at Monas, Central Jakarta, Monday (2/12/2024).
Rizieq hopes that the Prabowo Subianto administration can investigate all parties who have damaged the country over the past 10 years. They must be prosecuted and held accountable.
“Agreed?” Therefore, I sincerely and respectfully ask, to whom we hold in high regard, Mr. President Haji Prabowo Sudianto, please, Sir, cleanse your administration of problematic individuals,” he explained.
Prabowo is urged to resolve issues of corruption, gambling, human rights violations, and others. Rizieq emphasized that there should be no tolerance in the pursuit of fair law enforcement for the Indonesian nation.
“Takbir! Do you agree?” Do you agree if the President takes firm action to prosecute all lawbreakers from the last decade, do you agree? Do you support Mr. Prabowo? Correct? Allahu Akbar! No matter who he is, brother, whether it is Jokowi or Fufufafa and all his involved cronies, drag them to court. Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!,” Rizieq emphasized.
Previously, Rizieq Shihab requested that no one disturb President Prabowo Subianto’s administration. He urged the public to give Prabowo a chance to work.
“So once again, let’s not disturb this new government, let’s give it a chance,” said Rizieq Shihab at the 212 alumni reunion event at Monas, Central Jakarta, on Monday (2/12/2024).
However, Rizieq Shihab encouraged continuing to criticize the current government. According to him, supporting the government doesn’t have to mean licking their boots.
“We encourage, but we still criticize.” “So it’s not about supporting in the sense of flattering, praising those who don’t deserve praise, Brothers, no, no, we must continue to promote good and prevent wrong, with sincere intentions seeking only the pleasure of Allah SWT,” he said.
Pray for Prabowo to Be Given Health
Furthermore, he prayed that Prabowo would be granted health to be able to lead the country. Rizieq also called for Prabowo’s government to be cleansed of problematic individuals.
“We ask Allah that Prabowo’s government be cleansed of problematic individuals, those who have caused difficulties for the people, those who violate human rights, those involved in murder, those involved in corruption. We ask that they be removed by Allah as far as possible and destroyed by Allah as thoroughly as possible,” he said.
“So that President Prabowo and his future cabinet, brothers and sisters, can lead this country well, without being disturbed again by those who have been the source of problems all this time,” concluded Rizieq Shihab.
