Jakarta – The Jakarta Provincial General Election Commission (KPU) has completed the city-level vote recapitulation results for the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election.
Where the pair Pramono Anung-Rano Karno excelled and opened the opportunity to win the Jakarta 2024 Pilkada in one round. Therefore, the public is asked to unite and join hands again as the political contest in Jakarta has ended.
“We ask candidates 01, 02, and 03, along with their supporters, to unite again and embrace each other, and to serve the people of Jakarta together.” “We are strong and successful because we are united, we fail because we are divided,” said the Betawi figure and religious leader, Nuri Thaher, in Jakarta, Thursday (5/12/2024).
He urged the people of Jakarta not to be divided after the Jakarta 2024 gubernatorial election, as they currently need a definitive leader rather than arguing about the election that has already concluded.
“The people of Jakarta need a definitive governor-deputy governor to address Jakarta’s issues as the year comes to a close and the new year begins, as well as to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. Therefore, Jakarta must create a conducive atmosphere, unite, and no longer be divided by political choices,” said Nuri Thaher.
He is also confident, based on the Jakarta KPU’s count, which shows the Pramono-Rano pair winning in one round.
“This means the Jakarta Pilkada is over in one round and the winners are Mas Pram and Bang Doel,” he explained.
Previously, in the city-level recapitulation results, the votes for the candidate pair number 3, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, were in first place with a total of 2,183,239 votes or equivalent to 50.07%.
Next, in second place is the pair number 1, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO), with 1,718,160 votes or equivalent to 39.40%.
Lastly, there is the pair number 2, Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana, who received a total of 459,230 votes or equivalent to 10.53%.
