Jakarta The fate of Tengku Dewi and Andrew Andika’s marriage has been decided by the Cibinong Religious Court in West Java. In other words, they are officially divorced.
That was conveyed by Tengku Dewi’s attorney, Nickolas Dominique. In this divorce hearing, Tengku Dewi was absent because she was out of town.
“The agenda for today’s hearing is to conclude and then immediately deliver the verdict.” It has been granted, we have separated, and now for child custody and monthly child support,” said Nickolas Dominique at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, Wednesday (12/18/2024).
“Coincidentally, she (Tengku Dewi) is out of town.” So she can’t be present today,” he added.
Follow the Rules
Meanwhile, regarding Andrew Andika, Nickolas Dominique stated that the defendant had declared from the beginning that he would not be present until this matter is resolved. The actor is ready to follow the applicable rules.
“He has indeed stated that he will not be present anymore, so just start the trial.” So we have followed the rules where he said he would not be present until the verdict of absence,” Nickolas Dominique continued.
Accelerate, Simplify
According to Nickolas Dominique, Andrew Andika’s attitude actually accelerated the divorce process with Tengku Dewi. Moreover, he has already agreed to the lawsuit filed by Tengku Dewi.
“Yes, it speeds things up, makes it easier.” Because he has already agreed on the process, we just need to execute it,” he explained.
14-Day Appeal

Nickolas Dominique added that, although it has been decided, Andrew Andika is still given 14 days if he objects to the decision. If that right is not exercised by the specified deadline, the divorce decree will be declared final.
“According to the schedule, an appeal period of 14 days is still granted.” If there is no appeal within 14 days,” Nickolas Dominique concluded.
