Jakarta -Chairman of Commission VII of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Saleh Partaonan Daulay, welcomed the launch of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program MBG) which was conducted today, Monday (6/1/2025) in several regions.
Saleh Daulay urged all parties to participate in the success of the program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto. Especially, he said, in terms of supervision.
“Conducting supervision of the implementation of this MBG program.” Starting from procurement of materials, kitchen activities, cleanliness, distribution, and various other related activities. Community participation is very important to ensure the success of the implementation of this Prabowo-Gibran flagship program,” said Saleh in his statement, Monday (6/1/2025).
The Deputy Chairman of PAN also urged all parties to immediately report any individuals who violate the Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program MBG).
Report any individuals or anyone suspected of committing violations. This MBG program must succeed. Therefore, everyone must follow the rules and regulations that have been formulated and established by the government,” said Saleh.
“We have to prove that we can.” Therefore, don’t take this program lightly. Let’s cherish all the children and mothers who are the targets of this program,” he continued.
Then, Saleh Daulay said, in order for the program to run smoothly, it is important to provide constructive suggestions and feedback on the MBG program.
Because, he continued, the MBG program certainly does not run perfectly right away. Suggestions, input, and criticism from all parties are needed.
Suggestions, input, and criticism from anyone must be heard. The person responsible for this program needs to conduct regular evaluations. Positive thoughts from the community must be adapted and accepted,” explained Saleh Partaonan Daulay.
“We should all be happy with this program.” Therefore, we must sincerely contribute and participate. At the very least, we all pray that it can be realized and proceed according to the agenda,” he emphasized.
