JakartaLaura Meizani alias Lolly, the daughter of Nikita Mirzani, was handed over to her family after being temporarily placed at the Polri Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The reason is that the hospital stated that Lolly’s examination was complete.
Although Lolly admitted to having issues with Nikita Mirzani, the law regarding minors still places the responsibility on their parents. Therefore, the investigators coordinated with Nikita Mirzani as Lolly’s mother.
“From the hospital, the police investigator contacted that the examination was completed.” Then the investigator contacted NM as the parent, and the ones who came were the legal counsel and aunt of LM,” said the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, on Monday (20/1/2025).
“Yes, this is a minor.” Minors still have family responsibilities and family supervision. “So we provide clear guidance to the family,” Nurma Dewi added.
Family Rights
Nurma stated that Lolly’s current presence has become the family’s right. In this case, the family, represented by legal counsel and an aunt, received Lolly on Friday, January 17, 2025, around 11:00 PM WIB.
“Yes, that is the right of LM’s family.” If we hand it over to the family, then of course. Because the investigator handed it over to the family and it was received by the legal counsel and NM’s aunt or family,” he explained.
