Jakarta The newly elected Governor of North Sumatra (Sumut), Bobby Nasution, assured that all the programs promised during the campaign period will continue to run despite budget efficiency measures from the central government.

This Gerindra politician explained that his party will continue to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, just as he did when he served as the Mayor of Medan.
“Yes, we have been coordinating all this time, so far this is what we have been doing during my time as the mayor of Medan, I have always coordinated,” he said.
Bobby emphasized that the budget efficiency policy will not hinder his program. He said that his team has also prepared everything to face that policy.
“Yesterday, with the province, the acting governor also conveyed about efficiency, so we have prepared everything,” he added.
In line with that, the newly elected Governor of Central Java, Ahmad Luthfi, admitted that his team formed a transition team amidst the efficiency policies implemented by President Prabowo Subianto.
It was explained that a transition team was also formed to accelerate in the Central Java region.
“Efficiency, especially regional transfers, we have already discussed, we have formed a transition team, so our transition team is in place to accelerate the Central Java region,” said Luthfi, at the Ministry of Home Affairs Office, Central Jakarta, Sunday (16/2).
He is confident that after being inaugurated on February 20, 2025, his team will be able to immediately implement programs in Central Java.
“And I am confident that starting from the 20th, we will be running programs related to integration with the central government and collaboration in the government in the Central Java region,” he added.
