Jakarta Wearing a bright yellow shirt, Razman Nasution attended the defamation case hearing against Hotman Paris Hutapea, which placed him as the defendant at the North Jakarta District Court, Thursday (13/3/2025).
The agenda for this session is to hear the testimonies of two witnesses from Hotman Paris’s camp. Razman Nasution admitted he is fully prepared, both physically and mentally, to face today’s trial. The day before, he held a meeting with the legal team via Zoom.
“Today, in the context of the examination of two witnesses from Hotman Paris Hutapea named Hana Pertiwi and Mikianto.” Hopefully, these two individuals being examined will clarify the legal incident that the alleged harassment occurred,” he said.
Quoting a clarification video on the YouTube channel Intens Investigasi, Thursday (13/3/2025), Razman Nasution admitted that he had read and dissected the Minutes of Examination or BAP of the witnesses until he reached a conclusion.
BAP has been dissected and read.
“From the relevant BAP, we have dissected and read it, as well as with the legal team (myself) Mr. Iskandar, and we Zoomed with the team.” We concluded that these two witnesses are very weak,” Razman Nasution added.
The defamation case involving Razman Nasution is related to allegations of sexual harassment against Iqlima Kim. This accusation is directed at Hotman Paris. Iqlima Kim is the former personal assistant of Hotman Paris.
