Jakarta – The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, visited the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building on Monday afternoon, (24/3/2025). Pramono was seen arriving at the KPK building wearing a brown official uniform.
His arrival was welcomed by several KPK officials who had been waiting outside the lobby. Pramono admitted that he came to meet with the KPK leadership.
“Want to meet with the KPK leaders,” Pramono briefly stated on Monday (24/3).
Meanwhile, KPK Spokesperson Team, Budi Prasetyo, stated that Pramono’s visit was to discuss with the KPK leaders. They want to discuss the issue of corruption prevention in Jakarta.
“Today there is a supervisory coordination activity.” Among other things, to discuss the anti-corruption prevention program in the Jakarta area,” said Budi.
Previously reported, the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, stated that he would visit all law enforcement officers from the Police to the KPK to build good communication.
“Usually, all law enforcement officers including the police, the KPK, the Attorney General’s Office, and in due time, also the military, I will come.” Why do I do that? “I want to establish good communication with everyone,” said Pramono in Jakarta, Friday, March 7, 2025, as reported by Antara.
Therefore, Pramono continued, he will not cover up any issues that arise in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov). He will also cooperate well with law enforcement officers.
“And this is also for ASN, especially for department heads, bureau heads, and assistants, when they have to make decisions, they should not hesitate and not be afraid.” Because if Jakarta wants to see significant changes, they also have to be brave in making decisions. “I am responsible for that,” said Pramono.
Pramono Anung Visits the Attorney General’s Office
Pramono visited the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) on March 7, 2025. The Attorney General’s Office has also stated its readiness to provide legal assistance to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in future development activities in Jakarta.
Attorney General Burhanuddin said that Pramono-Rano’s visit on Friday morning was not just a courtesy call, but also to discuss a request for legal assistance.
