KPK Seizes Documents and Electronic Evidence During Office Raid in Central Lampung

Jakarta – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated document evidence and electronic documents after searching the office of the Housing and Settlement Area (Perkim) Office of Central Lampung Regency, on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

“The results of the search confiscated documents and BBE,” said KPK Spokesperson, Tessa Mahardhika, Wednesday (4/23/2025).

The evidence is closely related to the corruption case of alleged bribery of the PUPR project within the PUPR Office of the Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency Government, South Sumatra, which is currently being investigated by investigators. The documents will be analyzed further.

“Related to the alleged procurement of goods and services within the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, South Sumatra Province, for the 2024 to 2025 budget years,” he concluded.

The KPK has previously named six suspects in the alleged bribery case of a project at the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, South Sumatra. They were named as suspects after a sting operation (OTT) by the KPK on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

“Based on sufficient initial evidence related to the alleged corruption crime in the form of accepting gifts or promises in the procurement of goods and services at the PUPR Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2024-2025, all agreed to be raised to the investigation stage and determine the status of suspects,” explained KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto in a press conference, Sunday (3/16/2025).

The six suspects are the Head of the PUPR Office of OKU Regency Nopriansyah (NOP), Chairman of Commission III of the OKU DPRD M. Fahrudin (MFR), Member of the OKU DPRD Ferlan Juliansyah (FJ), and Chairman of Commission II of the OKU DPRD Umi Hartati (UH). They are suspected of being the recipients of bribes.

Then the two suspects, namely from the private sector, namely M. Fauzi alias Pablo (MFZ) and Ahmad Sugeng Santoso (ASS).
