The Body of a Young Girl Found in a Sack in the Warehouse of Her House in Pemalang, Police Question 8 Witnesses

Jakarta – The Pemalang Police are still deepening the case of the discovery of a girl’s body found in a sack in the warehouse of her house, in Kaliprau Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, on Sunday (8/12/2024) yesterday.

Pemalang Police Chief AKBP Eko Sunaryo, through the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Andika Oktavian Saputra, stated that they are still conducting examinations of witnesses to uncover the murder case.

“Until this morning, we have already conducted interviews with 8 witnesses,” said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.

According to Andika, they are currently still waiting for the autopsy results from the forensic medicine department. “We are waiting for the forensic examination results to determine the cause of the victim’s death,” he said.

Previously, the Ulujami Police Station received a report of a body being found in a sack in the warehouse of his house on Sunday night (December 8, 2024). The child was identified as S, 9 years old.

“After receiving the report, we immediately went to the location and conducted a crime scene investigation to find clues in solving the case,” he said.

Information gathered by Liputan6.com indicates that the girl went missing since 11:00 AM WIB on the same day. Previously, at 10:00 AM WIB, her parents had tried to take her to the market, but she refused because she was watching television.

However, when her parents returned home, the victim was not there. The parents also asked the neighbors, but no one knew anything.

Later, the victim’s body was found in the storage room of his house, inside a sack at 9:30 PM WIB.
