Razman Nasution Reveals Alleged Human Rights Violations Experienced by Lolly Putri Nikita Mirzani

Jakarta Razman Arif Nasution or Razman Nasution visited the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) to follow up on the alleged human rights violation against Laura Meizani alias Lolly, the daughter of Nikita Mirzani. This step was chosen after discussions with several parties.

Razman Nasution said that there were three points conveyed to the National Commission on Human Rights regarding Lolly’s condition. Because the Human Rights Law stipulates that every child has the right to proper growth and development.

“We have explained how Lolly’s condition has been since she was 13 years old, based on Lolly’s own testimony, that since she was 13, she has often been mistreated by her mother,” said Razman Nasution at the National Commission on Human Rights, Menteng, Jakarta, Tuesday (21/1/2025).

Until Lolly left for the UK, she often received mistreatment from her mother. She was not financially supported and was left abandoned in London. We urge the National Commission on Human Rights to immediately intervene and investigate Laura Meizani’s biological mother,” he added.

Lolly’s Education Stopped

In addition, Razman Nasution complained about the right to education that Lolly should have received. While in London, Lolly had no guardian and the means to pursue an education, so she was deported back to Indonesia.

“Lolly had to discontinue her education in London because she no longer had the funds, and the London Government requires that anyone pursuing education must have financial means and a guarantor.” So he had to be deported to Indonesia,” explained Razman Nasution.
