Wianto’s success was not achieved easily. This 54-year-old man shared his story that he did not come from a wealthy family. He was raised in a simple family and lost his father at a young age, so his mother had to take on full responsibility for supporting the family.

“Growing up in simplicity, our lives were just enough for daily needs.” However, we never gave up. My mother kept working hard, starting from selling at the market to becoming a laborer, to give us the opportunity to go to school. In fact, she entrusted my older siblings to other families so that we could complete our education and graduate from high school,” Wianto revealed.

Wianto’s journey to earn his bachelor’s degree was also full of challenges, especially due to economic constraints. “Although it took 12 years, I remained diligent in completing my studies while working to pay for my education.”

“My principle is simple: to complete what has been planned and to fulfill every commitment,” he said.

Wianto succeeded in becoming the CEO of MSIG Life.

“As long as you have the desire to learn, both in your career and personal life, success can be achieved by anyone,” he explained.

In his career, Wianto always adheres to two principles: vision and perseverance. After discovering the key to success, the next challenge is how to continuously improve weaknesses and develop existing abilities.
