The spokesperson for the Depok Religious Court confirmed the divorce lawsuit filed by Asri Welas against Galih Rida Raharja. Asri registered the divorce lawsuit against her husband on November 5, 2024.
For now, Samsudin has not been able to reveal the reason why Asri Welas filed for divorce from her husband. The essence of this lawsuit is that Asri only asks for a divorce, child custody, and the division of joint property.
“The contents of the lawsuit cannot be disclosed to the public yet, as it is still in the trial stage,” said Samsudin to the media crew on Tuesday (26/11/2204).
“Essentially, it includes the divorce request, child custody, and the division of joint property,” Samsudin added.
Custody and Property Division
Samsudin said that the custody demand was conveyed by Asri through her lawsuit. Asri wants their three children to be under her custody.
“(Custody claim) From the plaintiff, Asri Pramawati.” There are 3 children. Want all three of them to have their child custody rights requested,” he explained.
Meanwhile, regarding the division of marital property, Samsudin continued, the principals have already reached an agreement. That has also been included in the lawsuit.
“For the joint property in the lawsuit, it has been stated that an agreement has been reached. Its legality is being requested in court,” said Samsudin.
