With the positive development in the number of users, the majority of the public hopes for an extension of the Jabodebek LRT route to the Bogor area. So when will that be realized?
LRT Jabodebek Public Relations Manager Mahendro Trang Bawono explained that the plan to extend the KRL Jabodebek route to Bogor is already in the discussion stage by the Ministry of Transportation.
“With the discussions, it has only reached the relevant ministries,” said Mahendro to the media at Ayana Mid Plaza, Jakarta, Thursday (28/11/2024).
However, they admitted that they have not yet received further information regarding the results of the discussion. Currently, they are still focused on improving the LRT Jabodebek service as the number of passengers increases.
“But we haven’t updated the results yet,” Mahendro briefly concluded the conversation.
