Jakarta, Instagram celebrity Cut Intan, through her legal counsel, responded to the verdict handed down by the Cibinong District Court judges in West Java against the defendant Armor Toreador Gustifante in a domestic violence (DV) case. Regarding this case, Armor was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months.
Ana Sofa Yuking, as Cut Intan’s legal representative, expressed gratitude that the domestic violence case affecting her client has been resolved. Ana stated that Cut Intan is quite satisfied with the decision made by the panel of judges.
“We, as the legal representatives of Cut Intan Nabila, express our gratitude, Alhamdulillah.” Finally, our client has received justice. “This is not about how severe the punishment given to the perpetrator is, but about whether this punishment will have a deterrent effect or not,” said Ana Sofa Yuking when contacted on Thursday (January 9, 2025).
“And our client is quite satisfied, the judge stated that Amor was convincingly proven guilty and declared that the actions committed by Armor were acts of violence that must be held accountable before the law,” Ana continued.

As the party accompanying Cut Intan during the trial process, Ana welcomed the court’s decision on the case. According to her, this is an important step towards justice for the victim and the family.
“We, as the lawyers accompanying Cut Intan Nabila during the trial, welcome the court’s decision to impose a prison sentence of 4 years and 6 months on the defendant,” he stated.
