Jakarta – The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) conducted an examination of four witnesses related to the alleged corruption case in the management of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina (Persero), Sub Holding, and Contract of Work Contractors (KKKS) for the years 2018-2023. One of them is an official in the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
“The examination of witnesses is conducted to strengthen the evidence and complete the documentation in the case in question,” said the Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General’s Office, Harli Siregar, in his statement on Wednesday (26/2/2025).
The witnesses being examined are FTS as the Manager of Market Research & Data Analyst at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, and MIS as the Coordinator of Governance and Management of Downstream Oil and Gas Business Activities Commodities at the Directorate of Downstream Business Development, Directorate General of Oil and Gas, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Then AA as the QMS Manager of PT Pertamina (Persero), and RM as the AMDAL Preparation Team of PT Bumi Enggang Khatulistiwa
“The four witnesses were examined for the suspect RS and his associates,” said Harli.

Previously, the investigators from the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) searched the house of ‘oil tycoon’ Mohammad Riza Chalid alias Reza Chalid in connection with the alleged corruption case involving the management of crude oil and refinery products of PT Pertamina (Persero), Sub Holding, and Contractual Work Cooperation Contractors (KKKS) for the years 2018-2023.
The Director of Investigation (Dirdik) of the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General’s Office, Abdul Qohar, confirmed that the search was conducted after they named seven individuals as suspects in the alleged crude oil corruption case at PT Pertamina.
“We conducted a search at Muhammad Riza Chalid’s house,” said Qohar at the Attorney General’s Office, Tuesday (25/2/2025).
At the same time, the Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General’s Office, Harli Siregar, stated that the search was conducted at Riza’s residence on Jalan Jenggala, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, and the 20th floor of Plaza Asia Building.
“Currently conducting a search and this is still ongoing because it just started at 12 noon earlier and it will take a long time,” said Harli.
